Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of database systems and SQL processes.
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Pro skills.
• Familiarity with accounting basics and tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with Blackbaud systems.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts receivable/payable: donation and scholarship payments; maintain documentation.
• Ensure funds are entered into correct accounts and monthly reporting for fund managers.
• End-of-year fund balancing and general ledger updates; create contribution forms.
• Create fund/GL records; data entry, classification, and system report development.
• Reconcile scholarship invoices; coordinate with Financial Aid for accurate posting.
• Emergency Aid coordination: collect requests, verify eligibility, and process payments.
• Reconcile payroll deductions and allocate funds to designated accounts.
• Prepare reports for executive leadership on donations and emergency aid.
• Support and maintain BlackBaud Financial Edge and Raiser's Edge systems.
