Job summary

Hospital for Special Care in New Britain, CT is seeking a Foundation Database Specialist to manage donor information systems, ensure data integrity, process gifts, and support reporting and analytics for the Foundation.

You will lead data imports/exports, coordinate with hospital departments, generate reports, and maintain compliance with tax receipts and acknowledgments, while enabling effective fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and four years donor database management experience preferred.
• Mastery of Raiser’s Edge, RE NXT, or similar cloud-based database.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong data reporting capability.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all donor information systems including data integrity, reporting, data analysis, gift processing and acknowledgements.
• Lead data import and data entry, data extraction and data quality initiatives.
• Coordinate online payment integration and related activities.
• Serve as primary contact for data analytics and provide actionable insights to staff.
