Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Foundation in Murfreesboro seeks a development professional to support fundraising campaigns, grant administration, and donor relations. You will help manage budgets, track timelines, and acknowledge gifts while advancing major gifts and family philanthropy initiatives.

The role emphasizes building donor confidence, analyzing solicitation results, and coordinating employee giving campaigns.

Competenze

• Fundraising certification preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Certification specializing in Fund Raising preferred.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Certification specializing in Fund Raising preferred.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• one or two years of major gift experience of $10,000 or more highly preferred.
