Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Foundation Database Administrator to lead Gift (fund) management and maintain Member Database Integrity using Raiser’s Edge NXT. The role includes donor research, analytics, and reporting to advance philanthropy across the system.

You will oversee gift processing, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with fundraising campaigns, events, and stewardship programs. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of database management in a nonprofit/healthcare setting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields preferred include Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Data Science, or related.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of database management experience in nonprofit/healthcare/higher ed settings.
• Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge NXT (or similar donor database).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Gift (Fund) Management processes for efficient disbursement requests and reporting.
• Maintain and enforce constituent data integrity with secure handling of donor information.
• Support data analysis, prospect research, and portfolio assignments to drive fundraising outcomes.
