Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa seeks an experienced donor management professional to support the Foundation’s fundraising activities. You will manage data imports, reconcile donations, and produce insights from the donor database to help optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities include maintaining Raiser's Edge and related platforms, collaborating with finance and HR, and ensuring accurate donor records while supporting ad hoc data requests. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relational database/donor management software experience [Required]
• Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare foundation, or development office [Required]
• Experience researching individuals and corporations [Required]

Responsibilities

• Manage donor data imports and ongoing data reconciliation for Foundation events.
• Process and acknowledge all gifts (cash, pledges, payroll deductions, gifts in kind, planned gifts).
• Provide data analysis to monitor fundraising activity and benchmarks.
• Maintain up-to-date Raiser's Edge, Classy, and GoFundMe Pro platforms and support relevant queries.
• Collaborate with Operations Director, Accounting, Payroll and HR to reconcile payroll deductions.
• Develop policies for donor gift management and create campaign/pledge codes.
• Create and manage queries and exports for internal/external data requests.
• Update donor management system with contact and biographical data.

Job Description:

• Conducts global changes and data imports, minimizing duplications and correcting errors. Supports, tracks and reconciles data and revenue for Foundation events
• Receives, processes and acknowledges all gifts to the Foundation, including cash, pledges, payroll deductions, gifts in kind, planned gifts and other gift types.
• Provides statistical data and monitors fundraising activities to assess and benchmark results
• Keeps system updates current for Raiser’s Edge, Classy/GoFundeMe Pro and other assigned platforms.
• Works with Operations Director, Accounting, Payroll and HR to reconcile payroll deductions from the Associate/Team Member Giving Campaign.
• Develops policies and procedures for donor-related gift management. Creates and manages codes for campaigns, appeals and pledges.
• Writes, creates and manages queries and custom exports for internal and external data requests, supporting list pulls for prospecting, appeal campaigns, donor recognition, event communications and other projects
• Updates donor management system with contact and biographical information. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Highly organized with superior problem resolution and analytical skills [Required]
• High level of interpersonal and customer service skills [Required]
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint [Required]
• Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced office and work with multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy [Required]
• Must be available to work weekends [Required]
• Advanced knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge - fundraising software and ability to run queries [Preferred]

Education:

• Associate’s degree in business, information systems, nonprofit management, data analytics or a related field [Preferred]
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, nonprofit management, data analytics or a related field [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 3+ years relational database /donor management software experience [Required]
• Demonstrated experience working in a nonprofit, healthcare foundation or advancement/development office environment [Required]
• Previous experience conducting research on individuals and corporations [Required]

Pay Range:

$45,656.00 - $84,905.60
