AdventHealth in Tampa, Florida is seeking an experienced healthcare executive to establish long-term strategic direction for the Institute, balancing clinical and financial priorities with organizational value.

You will lead with physician dyad partners, develop business development plans, and measure performance across care domains, engaging stakeholders to advance the mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ.

• 10+ diverse experience in the healthcare arena, with a minimum of three years of experience in program development. [Required]
• 7+ progressively responsible administrative work or directorship of multiple departments in a hospital or hospital system. [Required]
• Experience in facilitating high-level multidisciplinary group decisions. [Required]
• Extensive experience facilitating and managing challenging situations, including conflict resolution and demonstration of outstanding interpersonal skills. [Required]
• Extensive experience working closely with physicians and proven ability to gain trust and credibility. [Required]
