Job summary

First Place for Youth is seeking a Housing Coordinator to assist transition age youth (TAY) in securing housing in the San Francisco Bay Area under the RRH program. You will engage landlords, assess units, and manage subsidy administration while collaborating with case managers and the Housing Department.

The role requires field work across SF, Alameda, and Contra Costa counties, strong communication, and a commitment to housing stability for youth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for youth engagement.
• Ability to develop authentic, supportive relationships with youth and young adults.
• Knowledge of housing availability in SF Bay Area and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain landlord/inventory for RRH program.
• Engage landlords and manage relationships with property managers.
• Guide TAY on finding, securing, and maintaining housing.
