Job summary

First Place for Youth is hiring a property management specialist to oversee master leased housing for diverse youth populations. The role partners with the Program Manager to maintain unit quality, ensure safety, and manage leases, inspections, and vendor relations in a community setting.

The position requires on-site work Mon–Fri, with collaboration across departments to support program goals and youth housing stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent housing management experience.
• Two years in affordable housing, housing navigation, or property management.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant, fair housing, and ADA laws; regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage master leased units and portfolio operations within a region.
• Oversee inspections, move-ins/outs, and lease administration with landlords.
• Maintain records, budgets, and reporting; ensure compliance with program rules.
• Coordinate relocations, utility setup, and key management.
• Respond to maintenance requests and manage vendor relationships.
