Job summary

CK Family Services seeks a Foster Parent Engagement Partner to engage inquirers, convert qualified individuals into Foster Parent Candidate Homes, and guide them through verification. You will support readiness, trust, and progress while collaborating with verification and administrative teams.

The role is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and primarily remote, with occasional office presence for meetings and training. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in outreach, recruitment, or community engagement preferred.
• Strong ability to establish trust quickly and engage people from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with CRM and digital outreach platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage inquiries via phone, email, text, forms, and social channels to build trust and qualify candidates.
• Guide candidate homes through the application and verification steps to completion.
• Maintain ongoing engagement to sustain momentum and readiness through the verification journey.
• Advocate for candidates to minimize delay and friction in the process with internal teams.
• Travel locally to support meetings, outreach, and recruitment events.
