Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Foster Home Supervisor in the Aurora/Denver area to engage, support, and grow foster and kinship homes for stable placements. This full-time, hybrid role involves ensuring certification, coordinating with a team, and guiding homes through training and compliance.

The position emphasizes community visits, on-call crisis support, and collaboration to expand and improve placement opportunities for youth across the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks.
• SAFE Certification (may be completed upon hire).
• Preferred: Experience in youth service programs (Foster Care/Child Welfare).
• Preferred: Knowledge of Colorado State Rules & Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage, support, and grow foster and kinship homes to enhance placement stability.
• Assess foster home needs and growth potential to determine best placement matches for children.
• Ensure foster homes meet and maintain certification requirements and training standards.
• Conduct community-based visits with foster homes and youth in placement.
• Collaborate with team to ensure compliance with program requirements and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per state guidelines.
• Provide on-call crisis support to foster homes on a rotational basis.
• Onboard, train, and support inquiring homes through the certification process.
• Monitor home compliance with state regulations and agency standards.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality placement coordination and support services.
