Job summary

Hope & Home is seeking a Hope Worker to engage families in the Pueblo region, managing a caseload and coordinating resources with empathy and hospitality. The role is primarily in-office with evening groups and optional four-day weeks, offering meaningful wrap-around support to foster families.

The position includes leading groups, planning events, and ensuring steady communication with families, volunteers, and donors. Strong organization and tech adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around supports to a caseload of 50–75 families.
• Plan, prepare, and run family events and support groups for adults, youth, and teens.
• Coordinate resources, donations, and practical supports for families.
• Engage and support volunteers; maintain contact with families through regular check-ins.
