FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES OF SUNCOAST LLC is seeking a Foster Home Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment and retention of foster homes through community outreach and events, collaborating with licensing agencies and internal teams to meet enrollment in pre-service training.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and sales or business development experience; a foster-parent background is preferred but not current within the Suncoast region in the last two years.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience in sales and/or business development a plus.
• Experience as a foster parent is preferred, however, candidate cannot be a current foster parent in the Suncoast Region or have been a foster parent in the Suncoast Region within the last 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit prospective foster families through phone inquiries and face-to-face meetings to meet screening requirements and enroll in pre-service training.
• Track recruitment outreach efforts and events, and report key metrics such as lead source and outcomes.
• Coordinate and attend community events, orientation nights, faith-based outreach, and partnerships with Foster Home Association meetings.
• Represent FSS at events and build partnerships with Foster Friendly Businesses.
• Collaborate with training, licensing, placement and community development to coordinate events and needs.
• Attend relevant committee meetings and work with Kids Central on placement needs.
