Job summary

Family Support Services (FSS) seeks a Foster Recruitment and Retention Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to recruit and retain family foster homes through outreach and event attendance. You will work with licensing agencies and internal teams to meet enrollment and training needs.

The role requires collaboration with various departments, travel as a road warrior, and a hybrid work schedule post probation. A High School diploma is acceptable, with a preferred Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• High School/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain foster homes through community outreach and events.
• Track recruitment outreach and events; report outcomes.
• Coordinate, plan and attend community events and faith-based outreach for recruitment and partnership.
• Represent FSS at Foster Home Association meetings and conferences as needed.
• Collaborate with training, licensing, placement and community development for events.
