SJRC Texas is seeking a Foster Home Developer for a hybrid role based in Bulverde, TX. The role focuses on recruiting and licensing foster families, conducting home studies, and providing direct services to youth and families within Region 8. Travel to our San Antonio office is required during the work week.

The position requires a bachelor’s in social work or related field, with experience in child placement and kinship families. A valid driver’s license and state certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in social work or related field.
• 2 years’ experience conducting child-placement activities.
• At least 6 months experience with Kinship Families.
• Valid State Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and license foster families; conduct home studies.
• Provide direct services to foster families and youth.
• Maintain licensing-compliant records and participate in trainings.
• Travel within Region 8; hybrid travel to San Antonio office.
