Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement activities and work with SJRC Texas/Belong network providers.
• Promote safety and least-restrictive placement options for children/youth.
• Process referrals and maintain communication with staff and external partners.
• Enter data into IMPACT, CareMatch, and CLASS per DFPS/FCLA guidelines.
• Support staff through meetings, trainings, and information sharing.
• Attend relevant court hearings and provide testimony as needed.
