You will develop and monitor treatment plans, coordinate services, ensure compliance with state regulations, and support permanency goals while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Current LSW or LPC or Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (OH, KY, GA).
• Bachelor's degree with field experience of 2 years (WV).
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with at least 7 hours in behavioral sciences; one year of casework may substitute.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with emotional or behavioral problems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referral matching and advocate for best home match.
• Develop Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans for children.
• Ensure completion of biopsychosocial, independent living, and diagnostic assessments.
• Refer children to behavioral health, independent living and other supports.
• Ensure safety plans and initial legal documentation prior to placement.
