Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required.
• Minimum two years of experience in a child placing agency as a foster care case worker.
• CWTI foster care and MI-Team Training required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new staff.
• Attend meetings with staff.
• Carry a caseload of seven cases.
• Attend court with staff.
• Provide consultation/direction when supervisor unavailable.
• Attend supervisory training and peer supervision meetings.
• Be the Educational Point of Contact for staff meetings.
