Job summary

Responsibilities

• Case Management & Client Support: manage a caseload, provide ongoing advocacy.
• Placement Coordination & Court Involvement: coordinate placements and attend court hearings.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain case records and track progress to ensure standards.
