Catholic Charities of Washtenaw County is seeking a Foster Care Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers in Washtenaw County and surrounding areas, ensuring families receive comprehensive support to become whole again.

You will supervise staff, guide licensing adherence, and foster a collaborative culture while occasionally carrying a caseload and contributing to a 24/7 crisis response team. This role emphasizes mentorship and service quality for children and families.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience; foster care preferred.
• Master's degree strongly preferred; BSW with CWTI training considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients, partners, and staff.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within a 100-mile radius.

As a Foster Care Supervisor, you won’t just manage a program, you’ll lead the team of Case Managers who make sure children, birth parents, and foster families receive the support they need to become whole families again. This is a role for someone who wants their leadership to translate directly into better outcomes for children.

• Supervise and mentor a team of Foster Care Case Managers, providing hands-on guidance and support.

• Guide your team through Michigan licensing and foster care law and policy.
