State of Arizona's Foster Care Review Board seeks a Program Specialist to prepare professional recommendation reports to Juvenile Court Judges and maintain relationships with child welfare stakeholders. The role coordinates citizen review boards for children in out-of-home care.

This position supports scheduling, notices, information exchanges, report distribution, and board recruitment. A hybrid-telework option may be available after three months, with remote work not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, court administration, social science or a related field.
• Two years’ related work experience or equivalent.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Adept at multitasking and handling multiple cases.
• Knowledge of Arizona laws/policies for foster care and Foster Care Review Boards.
• Knowledge of Arizona Department of Child Protective Services policies.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate citizen review boards for out-of-home care cases.
• Prepare, schedule cases and notify interested parties.
• Coordinate information exchange during reviews.
• Develop, prepare and distribute court recommendations.
• Recruit potential board members; build stakeholder relationships.
• Support state-wide outreach and recruitment duties.
