Job summary

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.) is seeking an Initial Licensing Specialist to lead recruitment and retention initiatives for foster care across the US. You will direct policies, manage the annual plan, and ensure accurate CRM data and timely follow-up with prospective foster parents.

You will oversee certification, home studies, and initial training, while maintaining foster parent records and supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in human services or related field is required or equivalent.
• Experience in foster care or child placement services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements for foster homes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and retention strategies across US locations using data.
• Manage annual recruitment plan and CRM data for leads and activities.
• Coordinate certification processes including home studies and training.
• Maintain accurate foster parent records and pipeline numbers.
• Provide on-going training and advisory support to foster families.
• Collaborate with team to assess capacity and utilization of foster homes.

Auto Insurance Coverage and Valid Driver’s license
