Job summary

Holston Home for Children in Bristol, VA seeks a Recruiter/Trainer of Foster Care Services to recruit and train foster parents to work with foster children under the direction of the Director of Family Services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social services or related field, strong presentation skills, flexibility for evening and weekend hours, and a commitment to child welfare.

• Competent trainer and presenter in public forums.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Available to work flexible hours on evenings and weekends for marketing and teaching.
• Provide needed support and guidance to foster parents.
