Responsibilities

• Review documentation to ensure quality datapoints and report non-compliances.
• Enter data and file electronic documents accurately per task list.
• Monitor Texas Health Steps periodicity schedule and report non-compliances.
• Communicate with case management to support a positive work environment.
• Audit adoption placement and consummation packets monthly.
• Conduct monthly foster record discharge audits and track documentation.
• Audit psychological evaluations for missing copies.
• Review Service Plans for compliance and distribution to required team members.
• Distribute weekly audits of incomplete Service Plans and track until complete.
• Route Service Plans for Case Management coordination and timely action.
