Job summary

Pathways Youth & Family Services Dallas is seeking a Youth and Family Support Specialist to monitor and coordinate services for foster/kinship families and youth aged 14+. You will liaise with families, service providers, and the organization to ensure consistent care and timely documentation.

Primary duties include visits, training, action plan creation, placement support, and aftercare coordination. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• Experience with foster/adoptive or kinship support is preferred.
• Ability to document and coordinate services with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Kinship and foster/adopt family development and monitoring.
• Client placement and monitoring for kinship families and youth.
• Aftercare services including transition planning and documentation.
• Provide training and recruitment support for kinship families.
• Maintain timely documentation and support service plans.
