Job summary

CK Family Services in North Texas is seeking a Case Manager to develop and implement program structure for foster care and adoption. You will supervise foster/adoptive families to ensure licensing and monitoring standards are met, and partner with families through the adoption process.

You will coordinate services, maintain records, and communicate with DFPS while following Covenant Kids’ policies and procedures. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• On-call as necessary and respond immediately.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work under stress and remain flexible.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve in the on-call rotation for after hours and weekend coverage as needed.
• Provide crisis management to families using clinical strategies learned in training.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and chart audits as scheduled.
• Complete and report documentation timely and accurately.
• Advocate for foster/adoptive parents and children with Covenant Kids and partner agencies.
