Job summary

Boys Town in Massachusetts seeks an experienced supervisor to coordinate services for children in foster care and supervise Foster Family Services staff. The role analyzes program data, ensures compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards, and supports safe, effective service delivery.

Responsibilities include developing procedures, coordinating referrals and placements, supervising staff, analyzing data, and maintaining documentation for families, agencies, and courts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related clinical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct care and clinical services to children and families.
• Knowledge of placement, family reunification and/or adoption services.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and pass an annual MVR check.
• Ability to provide own transportation to complete travel requirements.
• Auto insurance requirements met.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supports safe and effective provision of services.
• Coordinate services for children in Foster Care.
• Develop and implement procedures for the program and coordinate activities.
• Coordinates referrals, intakes, and placement.
• Provides input on Foster Parent selection and trains supervises staff.
• Coordinates training, supervision, consultation, and evaluation of Foster Parents.
• Compiles, analyzes, and reports program data.
• Ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, program, and accrediting standards.
• Meets with families and children at various locations and travels as needed.
• May supervise and recruit program staff and volunteers.
