Job summary

Boys Town in Foxborough, MA seeks a Director of Foster Family Services to lead the Foster Family Program, coordinate referrals and placements, and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families including management and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Foster Family Program operations and ensure safe, effective service delivery.
• Coordinate referrals, intakes, and placement; supervise Foster Parents and home studies.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and manage finances and reimbursements.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and career development for staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and accrediting standards and prepare reports.
