Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field and at least one year of relevant experience, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Services or related field.
• 1+ year experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; own means to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate foster care placements and develop individualized service plans.
• Set and evaluate short- and long-term goals for each child.
• Monitor and support foster families through regular visits and training.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and community professionals.
• Respond to client emergencies and assist in reunification or aftercare services.
• Duties are as required by supervisor and may include other tasks.
