Job summary

Boys Town New England, Inc. seeks a dedicated professional to oversee the safe and effective provision of foster care services and to supervise Foster Family Services staff.

This role requires adherence to safety, regulatory standards, and strong data reporting to support program goals. Ideal candidates will bring a Master’s in Social Work or related field, at least 5 years of direct care experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including families, courts, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing direct care and clinical services to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supports safe and effective provision of services.
• Coordinates services for children in Foster Care and placement.
• Coordinates training, supervision, consultation, and evaluation of Foster Parents.
• Compiles, analyzes, and reports program data.
• Ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, program, and accrediting body standards.
