Qualifications

Responsibilities

Establish and oversee administrative procedures to meet program goals.
Enforce state DHHS and accreditation guidelines and maintain records and reports.
Oversee licensing renewals and ensure compliance with agency obligations.
Assist with licensing, re-licensing, complaints and adverse rulings as needed.
Coordinate intake, placements, visits, and court involvement for foster children.
Develop staff orientation and training programs with core competencies.
Represent the agency to external groups and participate in community events.
