Bethany Christian Services in Southfield, MI seeks a Foster Care Supervisor to support foster parents and the children in their care, training, equipping, and connecting families to community resources.

You will manage the Foster Care team, enforce agency policies, supervise staff, oversee recruitment and orientation, track case records, and coordinate treatment plans with attorneys, therapists, and other providers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field.
• Experience in child and family services and case management.
• Knowledge of social work principles and ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, develop, and train the Foster Care team, with weekly supervision.
• Maintain positive employee morale and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee staff selection, training, and orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate client records, case files, and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, therapists, CASA workers, and other providers.
• Participate in on-call system and provide coverage as needed.
