Kids for the Future in Michigan is seeking a Foster Care Supervisor to oversee foster care programs, supervise staff, and coordinate licensing, court involvement, and family services. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human behavioral science such as Social Work or related discipline.
• Two (2) years’ experience as a case worker in a social services agency.
• Must meet State Moral Character standard.
• Knowledge of MiSACWIS, LMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish administrative procedures to meet program goals as directed by leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state and licensing requirements.
• Oversee licensing renewals and rulings; assist with licensing rules and re-licensing.
• Manage intake processes, placements, and referrals; coordinate visits and court involvement.
• Coordinate recruitment and training of foster parents; collaborate with licensing and adoption teams.
• Maintain records and ensure programs operate within budgets and legislative guidelines.
