The supervisor will lead staff evaluations, ensure accreditation standards, and maintain case records while fostering a trauma-informed, family-centered approach in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Two years of experience with population served.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate an agency vehicle to transport children.
• Ability to manage, plan, organize, implement, monitor and maintain agency programs.
• Adhere to accreditation standards and NC licensing requirements.
• Respects the cultural diversity of children.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for and participates in regular supervisory conferences.
• Participates in 90-day and annual staff performance evaluations.
• Keeps supervisor informed on current status of total work responsibilities.
• Represents the agency's philosophy, purpose, and programs to groups, individuals, and referral agencies in a professional manner.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and supervises the foster home program as a team member.
• Provides leadership in training and maintaining therapeutic milieu for foster homes.
• Maintains current client case files and documentation as required.
