Baptist Children's Homes of NC, Inc. seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to support foster families and children in care. You will work with families, schedule and lead conferences, coordinate plans of service, and maintain comprehensive case records in alignment with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited University or Seminary.
• Two years of experience with the population served.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate an agency vehicle.
• Ability to manage, plan, organize, implement and monitor agency programs and adhere to licensing standards.
• Respects cultural diversity and fosters positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in regular supervisory conferences.
• Participate in 90-day and annual staff performance evaluations.
• Keep supervisor informed on current status of total work responsibilities.
• Represent the agency’s philosophy and programs professionally to groups and referrals.
• Lead family conferences and implement the Plan of Service and Reviews.
• Recruit and license foster families and provide required training.
• Conduct routine home visits and facilitate ongoing family support.
• Maintain current client files and case documentation.
