Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent in a human services field with relevant supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with two years of experience in human services.
• Master’s degree required or waiver process (Georgia) and two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, oversight and support for the program and staff.
• Responsible for financial stability and increasing capacity of the program.
• Develops budgets and monitors fiscal soundness of services.
• Develops business and marketing plans and improves internal processes.
• Ensures timely completion of state/local reports and client records.
• Oversees referrals, authorizations, and contact with review entities.
• Maintains monthly/weekly operation, billing, census, outcomes, and demographics reports.
