Job summary

Necco is seeking a Foster Care Program Director to lead the program with strategic vision, financial stewardship, and strong leadership. You will drive growth, oversee staff, reports, and documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering quality services to families and children.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will develop budgets, marketing plans, and initiatives to improve capacity, performance, and outcomes across the program, balancing scarce resources

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred in a Human Services field with a minimum of two years of experience (Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio).
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with two years of experience in human services; at least one year in child welfare (WV).
• Master’s Degree required or waiver (Georgia).
• Two years of supervisory or program management experience.
• Experience with Medicaid documentation and licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, oversight and support for the program and staff.
• Manage financial stability and increase program capacity.
• Develop budgets, fiscal projections and monitor financial soundness.
• Help develop business and marketing plans.
• Ensure internal processes are efficient and compliant.
• Oversee client records, authorizations, and reporting.
• Ensure staff orientations and training; promote culture and performance scorecards.
• Coordinate placement and home assignment processes for new staff.
