Job summary

CK Family Services in Midlothian, TX is seeking a conscientious Case Manager to develop program structure for foster care and adoption. You will supervise foster/adoptive families, ensuring compliance with state licensing and Covenant Kids’ policies while guiding families through the adoption process.

The role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, crisis-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to be on-call as necessary and respond promptly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program structure for foster care and adoption.
• Supervise foster/adoptive families to ensure compliance with state licensing and monitoring standards.
• Coordinate services and liaise with school personnel and DFPS.
• Attend court hearings, ARDs, and other required meetings.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting to supervisors.
