Job summary

CK Family Services in Celina, TX is seeking a Case Manager with a heart to support foster care and adoption programs. You will develop and implement program structure, supervise foster/adoptive families, and ensure compliance with state licensing and monitoring standards.

You will partner with families to guide prospective foster-to-adopt parents through the adoption process, coordinate therapeutic services, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with written and verbal communication.
• Ability to be on‑call and respond promptly.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to multitask, be self‑starter, energetic, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program structure for foster care and foster care adoption.
• Supervise foster/adoptive families to ensure licensing and monitoring standards are met.
• Lead families to guide prospective foster‑to‑adopt parents through the adoption process.
• Coordinate therapy services for children and collect relevant documentation.
• Attend required meetings (PCs, court hearings, ARDs, psychiatric appointments).
• Maintain regular communication with supervisor and foster/adoptive families.
