Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work flexible and non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and license foster homes and retain licensed homes.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for foster homes.
• Provide ongoing training and support to licensed foster homes.
• Complete home studies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services to youth and families.
