The National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Foster Care Licensing Supervisor in Lima, OH. You will implement a QA system to ensure licensing compliance and supervise Licensing Coordinators across regions. You’ll liaise with state agencies and oversee audits, certifications, and training.

Strong leadership, licensing knowledge, and willingness to travel are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Services, 5+ years in youth services with licensing experience, a valid professional

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in youth services with direct foster care licensing experience.
• Valid professional license as required by state law.
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, and common software.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Implement a system of quality assurance to ensure compliance with foster home licensing policies and procedures.
• Supervise Licensing Coordinators in Northwest and Dayton regions.
• Liaise with state/regulatory agencies regarding licensing, recertification, and accreditation.
• Conduct semi-annual foster home inventory and quarterly audits.
• Represent NYAP at meetings and provide in-service training as needed.
• Coordinate with welfare agencies on placements and intake paperwork.
