Job summary

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.) seeks a Foster Care Program Director to lead program growth and performance. You will supervise staff, oversee finances, and ensure quality services aligned with state and federal requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration to enhance service capacity while maintaining compliance and effective reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field with a minimum of two years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with two years in human services; WV experience preferred.
• Master’s degree required or waiver process in Georgia.
• Two years of supervisory or program management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.
• Experience with Medicaid documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive program profit and growth with supervision of staff and resources.
• Ensure financial stability and build program capacity.
• Assist in annual budgets, projections, and fiscal soundness.
• Develop business and marketing plans and improve internal processes.
• Oversee administrative and clinical paperwork and reports.
• Manage referrals, authorizations, and state/local reporting.
• Maintain client records with clinical leadership and team oversight.
• Promote Necco policies and procedures; drive data-driven initiatives.
