Job summary

Pressley Ridge seeks a dedicated Recruiting and Certification Specialist to oversee the recruitment and certification of Treatment Foster Care (TFC) parents. You will train, mentor, and ensure compliance for a network of foster families across communities, traveling extensively as needed to maintain program quality.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, documentation accuracy, and ongoing development of training curricula for staff and foster parents, while supporting mission-driven

Qualifications

• Clearances: State Police, FBI, child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter training; other state-required checks.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Requires 1 year of experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and retention of foster families.
• Community relationship building and outreach.
• Documentation and compliance for all certifications.
• Conducts quarterly home safety inspections of treatment foster homes.
• Completes CPR/First Aid Certification for staff and foster parents.
• Develops training curriculum and schedules for in-service trainings.
• Complete re-certifications for Treatment Foster Parents.
