Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned cases and maintain face-to-face contact with youth in placement per state regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor therapeutic, health, educational and cross-cultural resources for youth and families.
• Generate case notes and maintain documentation to meet timeliness and accuracy standards.
• Provide on-call services for emergencies and participate in court hearings, placement reviews and school meetings.
