Adelphoi Village Inc. in Huntingdon, PA is seeking a compassionate Foster Care Case Manager to join our team. You will provide essential support to youth and families, helping them build resilience and navigate challenges through home visits and individualized service plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services or 2 years of extensive experience in Child Welfare.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• FBI, Act 33, and 34 clearances.
• Ability to provide home visits and develop service plans for youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to youth and foster families through regular home visits
• Develop individualized service plans to inspire emotional, intellectual, and social growth
• Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate assistance when needed
• Maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Record system
• Plan and attend recruitment events, presenting to community groups and organizations
• Conduct family interviews and complete home studies for foster and kinship families
