Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or 2 years of extensive experience in the Child Welfare field.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• FBI, Act 33, and 34 clearances (agency assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to youth and foster families through regular home visits
• Develop individualized service plans to inspire emotional, intellectual, and social growth
• Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate assistance when needed
• Maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Record system
• Plan and attend recruitment events, presenting to community groups and organizations
• Conduct family interviews and complete home studies for foster and kinship families
