Job summary

CK Family Services is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support foster care and adoption programs in North Texas. The role involves developing program structure, supervising families for licensing compliance, and partnering with families to guide prospective foster to adoptive processes.

The position emphasizes documentation, coordination of therapeutic services, and collaboration with DFPS, schools, and the care team to ensure best outcomes for children and families served by CK Family

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and respond promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise foster/adoptive families for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for each child in care.
• Attend court hearings, ARDs, and meetings as required.
• Facilitate access to therapeutic services and coordinate support teams.
• Communicate with DFPS and school personnel as needed.
