Job summary

The role begins with court-ordered placement and continues to help ensure safety, well‑being, and permanence for each child. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, strong organizational and communication skills, willingness to travel for home visits, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Master’s degree is a bonus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience with children or adults in counseling, interviewing, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Monthly home visits to foster children.
• Monthly visits with parents and engagement in reunification plans.
• Timely report writing for court readers and attorneys.
• Attend court hearings and Family Team Meetings (FTM).
