Job summary

BizzyCar seeks a Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer to own deployments for dealerships, from kickoff to go-live and hypercare. You will configure the product to the dealer's systems, train staff, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

This is a hybrid role with substantial travel to client sites and a chance to shape how BizzyCar brings AI-driven solutions to market. You will become a subject matter expert on a product in rollout, collaborating with engineering and support to maximize

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration & configuration experience with APIs, webhooks, or config tools.
• Troubleshooting, log diagnosis, and isolating config issues from product bugs.
• Experience delivering customer training or enablement to non-technical audiences.
• Project management: kickoff-to-go-live timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Comfort validating data across systems (records/status/availability).

Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Configure solutions to each rooftop by translating dealership workflows into product configuration.
• Validate data flows (customer, availability, recall, RO) across systems before go-live.
• Train dealership staff for full adoption and manage the change process.
• Run the implementation like a project with timeline, stakeholders, and go-live date.
• Troubleshoot live, reproduce issues, differentiate config problems from product bugs, write repro steps.
• Create runbooks and SOPs to make deployments repeatable for future dealers and support teams.
• Serve as a feedback loop to route field learnings back to product with specificity.
