Job summary

BizzyCar is seeking a founding Solutions & Implementation Engineer to own dealer deployments from kickoff to go-live and hypercare. You will configure the product to each dealership's workflows, train staff, and serve as the calm, credible presence as AI-driven processes roll out.

This role is hybrid with 50-70% travel to client dealerships and requires a hands-on, customer-facing mindset. You will become a subject matter expert on our rollout product, collaborating with product, engineering,

Qualifications

Hands-on integration experience wiring a product to external systems via APIs or webhooks.
Ability to validate end-to-end data flow across systems.

Responsibilities

Own dealer implementations end-to-end—from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
Configure product to each rooftop using structured discovery and engineering collaboration.
Validate data flow (customer, availability, recall, RO) before go-live.
Train dealership staff to full adoption.
Manage project timeline and stakeholders for go-live.
Troubleshoot live: reproduce issues and distinguish config problems from bugs.
Package escalations for engineering with clear repro steps.
Write runbooks and SOPs for repeatable deployments.
Provide a feedback loop to product from field learnings.
