- Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle and contributing to product decisions.
- Ability to tackle technically challenging problems and deliver practical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.
- Passion for continuous learning and ownership in fast-moving environments.
